Bogus Callers - Monkmoor

Dear Resident,

PC Bryant and PCSO Browne have been carrying out enquiries in the Monkmoor area, offering reassurance following reports of cold callers in the area. 

We have been reminding residents to never feel pressured to open your door or share personal details and offering crime prevention advice. Look out for our window stickers, designed to deter unwanted visitors and remind everyone: “IF IN DOUBT, KEEP THEM OUT”.

This also gave us the opportunity to talk about Neighbourhood Matters - the free community messaging service with updates about proactive work that takes place in your local area by your local Safer Neighbourhood Team.
